Rare and exotic south american peppers

South American peppers are grown in their hoop house in Milwaukee and harvested throughout the summer and well into the winter months.

Some favorite peppers are from the Capsicum Baccatum family. They have fruity and sweet notes, like Aji Amarillo and Barra do Ribeiro.

Other favorite peppers are from the Capsicum Chinense family. They are bold explosions of flavor, like Aji Charapita and Olho de Peixe.
